After 6 years in the top ranks of the Great Place To Work list between 2004 and 2009, we would like to challenge
again our HR practices and our internal and external image.
To this end, late last year, we applied for the TOP EMPLOYEUR (Top employer) label awarded by the CRF
institute.
While most studies are based on satisfaction surveys, the TOP EMPLOYEUR approach relies on an analysis of
the commitments of the human resources departments in providing the most optimal work environment.
The original methodology implemented by the CRF Institute consists in comparing the HR policies, programmes
and practices of applicants against European-wide HR Best Practices references, weighted locally by the
scientific committee. A comprehensive audit of practices is carried out and if the company matches the
corresponding references, it is awarded the label for one year.
The CRF HR Survey™ covers 11 themes:

In 2012, 39 organisations have been awarded the Top Employeurs France label, for outstanding commitments in
